Never saw me there. -Hale

Since my Halloween picture was a total cop-out, here's a different one I did tonight. Took me about and hour and a half from start to finish.

Inspired by my Classic Mythology course, it's Aphrodite! I felt it was educational, since a drew her with a bird... at least, that is what it is supposed to be. The bird was an animal she was associated with, and she flew around on a swan.

And, this is fun. In Hesiod's version of the Theogony (Creation of the gods) Aphrodite is born after Kronos cuts Heaven's genital off with an adamantine sickle. Lol. Yeah, so these genitals fly off into the ocean and when they hit they water they start to foam, and this beautiful girl emerges from the foam. Her name actually comes from the ancient Greek aphros, which means foa
m. Now use this knowledge to impress your friends!

I really enjoyed doing this one, so I think I'll do another. I was thinking Athena or Artemis, but I can take requests if you leave them in the comments. And since I'm pretty sure most people can't see them, I included where they
are.

Happy commenting! lol.
